Work on HSPU/run 5 laps

WOD (30 min time cap)
7 rounds for time:
4 Wall climbs
8 Burpees
12 Pushups
16 Jumping lunges 
20 Squats 

if ur bored, and ur done, do 100 v-ups! haha
