Mann i haven't worked out for sooo long :/ feeling kinda squishy now hahaa anyways this is what i did several days ago.. LOL

I actually can't remember anymore...all i remember is
Dumbbell shoulder press 85lbs
4x6 reps

Oh now I remember!

45 mins of squash

30 mins of basketball! :)
