Last workout of the yearr!!!
We are doing the same workout we did to start off Rak Chazak in the beginning of the year!! but with a little twist because of Victoria's bday!! HBD VICTORIA!

WOD:
For the first 21 mins, 4 burpees EMOM
In Teams of 2:
2 Bridal carry walks/piggy backs
300 squats
200 pushups
200 walking lunges
100 v-ups
50 burpees
2 Bridal carry walks/piggy backs
