6am comes along and Josh comes into my room and asks if I wanna workout at the beaches with my other bro and boss haha and I'm like... DOOWWWN! cos i needed to workout! and working out with people is just so much more fun than working out alone! :)

Ring Dips
Burpee Pullups
75m sprint/run
So the way this works is like there are 3 rounds. The first round you do 21 reps of each exercise (only one run though), then second round you do 15 reps of each, then the last round is 9 reps each wiht only 1 run after each round (3 runs in total, and 45 reps of all the other exercises) the goal here is to go as fast as possible with as much intensity as possible but at the same time, pacing yourself!
