Yesterday's Workout

warm up with some squats and shoulder presses
10 reps at 95lbs

So, i haven't squatted in a while so i decided to take it easy!

Front squats
5 reps at 135
5 reps at 225
3x5 at 275
(before each set at 275, I did 10 hand-stand pushups)

random stuff...

3-5 rounds
10 butterfly sit-ups
10 v-ups

3x15 GHD Sit ups (all the way down)
